Amazing

Aspectos positivos: The staff was amazing and incredibly friendly. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was outstanding. Manolo and Adolfo were the best, and the senior gentleman who took our egg order was excellent as well. The rooftop terrace was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect!

A very nice stay at Binn

Aspectos positivos: Good attention to detail, especially at the restaurant. Breakfast options and restaurant dishes were quite tasty. The view from the rooftop is amazing, so was the wellness area.

Aspectos negativos: The rooms are a bit old stylished. I believe that they could modernise them a bit. Receptionists could pay a bit more attention to detail (greeting guests, smile..).

Aspectos positivos: The location of the hotel is very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. During breakfast, Adolfo was especially attentive, which I really appreciated. The facilities overall were also good.

Aspectos negativos: the bed was not comfortable. The “king” bed was actually two mattresses pushed together, which didn’t feel good to sleep on.

Aspectos positivos: Very well located in upper Poblado. Outstanding rooftop to have drinks by the pool and enjoy Medellin.

Aspectos negativos: We came for breakfast at a busy time, one of the servers forgot to bring us fresh juice we requested but overall the quality of the food was good.
