Wonderful stay in a nice area of Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Location, cleanliness and shower were all great. Monica was a kind and friendly lady, who helped me when I needed a dentist urgently. A great stay.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was clean and the breakfast in the morning was exactly right! I liked the quiet area and neighborhood. You can hear conversations at the entrance, but nothing oropax can't fix. I was able to leave my luggage after check out and enjoyed my stay all in all very much!

Aspectos positivos: Great homestay style room in the Laurales area of Medellin. Spacious, clean & tranquil. All instructions for self check in, wifi & locker were sent promptly ahead and I could check in late at night too. There was 24 hours water filter and hot water for beveragea available which is very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the lady who prepared it was very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

Très bon séjour à Médellin

Aspectos positivos: Chambre très propre Très grande chambre avec une bonne literie Emplacement au calme Quartier résidentiel Et la cerise sur le gâteau une personne qui s'appelle Claudia adorable, qui nous préparait le pdj tous les matins avec qui on a bien discuté du moins essayé avec mon espagnol très moyen 😀 Elle m'a aidé à trouver un médicament, très à l'écoute.

Aspectos negativos: Une étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires serait très utile

Aspectos positivos: Расположение хорошее, район красивый. Комната просторная, холл приятный. Персонал дружелюбный, старается решить проблемы.

Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación, el servicio excelente, como en casa, las instalaciones hermosas, el ambiente huele delicioso todo el hotel, el desayuno abundante, saludable y delicioso. Tienes disponible una coffee bar disponible las 24 horas dotada con agua, café, infusiones a tu disponibilidad. El hotel es autoservicio, lo que te brinda la libertad de entrar y salir con códigos lo que me pareció muy super bien . El personal muy amable, dispuesto a todo definitivamente me sentí en mi casa.

Aspectos negativos: El hotel es algo nuevo, lo que permite que haya pequeños detalles que aún están por ajustar. Al ser autoservicio lo que permite que se pierda un poco la comunicación con la administración. Sin embargo la Sra Claudia está muy pendiente.. el check -in se hace por WhatsApp. Y el pago se puede hacer con datáfono en el hotel. Pasa que en mi experiencia a la hora de llegar y quién me entrego la habitación, desconocía detalles de lo que me habían informado vía WhatsApp. Sin embargo son detalles que se pueden mejorar pero que no superan la experiencia de las demás cosas buenas que tiene el alojamiento.
