lovely property for a great stay
Aspectos positivos: Lovely property we stayed here for a night heading south. Family owners and staff were super friendly and we really enjoyed the food. Finca also has secure parking in the garden which was great for us. Room had lots of windows and had a wraparound balcony and we felt it was very good value.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the views over the town whilst swimming were fabulous. The views from the whole property are amazing. Lovely staff who looked after us well and were very friendly. Safe parking which is essential for us.
Aspectos negativos: They weren’t expecting us and the place was closed up. The neighbour (who also works there) saw us and came out to sort things out. The restaurant was closed as they didn’t have any bookings before ours so we had to order in some food, but the owner sorted that out for us by WhatsApp. We booked Villa Clara for two nights because we wanted to do a coffee tour but the owner wasn’t on site and so we didn’t get one. That was disappointing as nothing was mentioned on Booking that there were no tours or no restaurant open. It was disappointing and slightly annoying. If things are closed up a bit then it should be made clear before booking. Yes, we booked last minute but that should also be expected. An advert should read true. A lovely place though and we had a good day off from travelling.

Wonderful place and wonderful people
Aspectos positivos: The location is stunning! The views over the coffee hills were simply incredible, you could just spend time staring at the panorama throughout the whole stay. The staff were great, always happy to help for any small thing, it felt like being at home

Tranquilidad, descanzo y comodidad, con la mejor vista a Chinchiná.
Aspectos positivos: El lugar super agradable, la finca hermosa y bien cuidada, la vista increible. Las habitaciones muy bien dotadas, muy comodas, buenas camas, lencería, toallas y almohadas. LO MEJOR: la buena atención de doña Lili, un amor.

Lugar maravilloso
Aspectos positivos: Hermosa la finca cafetera las habitaciones muy limpias, y el servicio no se diga. Viajamos desde Bogotá y llegamos en la madrugada, todo lo coordinamos con la Sra. Liliana quien muy amablemente nos recibió a esa hora. Desayuno rico, ambiente hermoso

Comodidad y belleza entre cafetales
Aspectos positivos: Facil acceso, carretera pavimentada, bonitos jardines, muy limpia la zona del desayuno, te ofrecen café de excelente calidad. Liliana es muy atenta y respetuosa El paisaje desde la fina rodeada de cafetales es espectacular. Disfrutamos de un baño en la piscina,mis acompañantes uno es español y otra colombiana que vive en Londres , estuvieron maravillados por el sitio que elegí para alojarnos

Aspectos positivos: Schöne Lage mit Blick über das ganze Tal, die Unterkunft ist einfach, zweckmäßig und schön. Ein Pool lädt zum Baden ein, ein herrlich großer Garten zum Lustwandeln.

Aspectos positivos: LILIANA nos cuido como si fuéramos su familia, nos preparo un super super rico desayuno y una fantástica BANDEJA PAISA, que nos cargo de energía para realizar el tour del Cafe con MARIANA Y JUAN DANIEL, que son chicos geniales y muy buenos Guías y la ubicación es genial, esta en una zona super tranquila perfecta para descansar, volvemos pronto.
Aspectos negativos: Todo ME GUSTO, no hay nada que no me gustara de este hotel, volveremos pronto

Hermoso espacio, vista y atención excepcional.
Aspectos positivos: La atención de Liliana y Luis, excepcional. El espacio muy hermoso y con una vista maravillosa. La habitación muy limpia. La cercanía con Chinchiná facilita comprar algunas cosas adicionales.
Aspectos negativos: Cuando llegamos nos atendieron muy bien, pero la persona encargada de las reservas no les había informado a los cuidadores de la finca que nosotros llegaríamos. A la piscina le hacía falta mantenimiento. Se intentó realizar otra reserva para otro grupo familiar más grande, pero la persona de las reservas no fue oportuna en la respuesta.
