Friendly Convenient Experience!

Aspectos positivos: Alex went out of his way to be a graceful host, introducing me to other guests and fostering a convivial atmosphere. He made it a social experience where I got to meet Colombians and international travelers. He also went out of his way to provide information about the local area and to arrange the taxi that I needed for the next day trip to the airport. Bravo Alex!

Aspectos negativos: The addition of a mirror in at least one of the sinks would be a plus.

Very nice stay.

Aspectos positivos: The staff are the friendliest staff that I've met in 2 months of traveling in South America. You get a unique experience eating breakfast with tropical birds. The breakfast provided was delicious. They were very accommodating. The location is excellent. A 5 minute walk to the main square of Itagui. Many restaurants and shops nearby. A 15 minute walk to the metro station of Envigado and a 20 minute walk to a nice mall. A safe neighborhood.

Aspectos negativos: No hot water in shower and no sink in the room. The owner said he is going to add that to the rooms soon.
