Aspectos positivos: Beautiful place. One night stay passing through but the room was lovely, clean, big. Great shower after a long journey and communication with owner. Close to South Terminal for bus and has bars, restaurants close. Thanks Gavin

Good value for money close to bus terminal Sur.

Aspectos positivos: Nice neighbourhood, clean, nice you can use the washer and dryer, internet is fast (120mbps), it did drop out for a couple of seconds a few times, but good enough for zoom meetings. Friendly host, comfortable beds.

Nice homely hostel in residencial area

Aspectos positivos: We booked this hotel for its proximity to the bus station, but we actually quite liked the neighborhood and it's homely atmosphere. Nice park nearby where people hang out with their kids and pets. Plenty of shops and restaurants at walking distance.

Aspectos negativos: There was another guest that was a bit 'off', which made certain moments a bit uncomfortable but that wasn't the accommodation's fault.

Aspectos positivos: Juan is nice, friendly, always-love-to-help host just like local Colombian. You don't have to worry about anything and pls feel free to ask whatever it is. As for the house, the style is my cup of tea. Clean, simple, comfy so much. Walk 10-15 mins to the metro, cmpared to the noisy Poblado center, I prefer to live here, such as the quiet community, friendly neighbors, eat & shop is convenient as well. Enjoy my stay and would come back if any chance in Medellin.

Aspectos positivos: Great staff. The welcome late at night was great. Room is perfect. Private and big and clean. Very happy with it and the price. Location was great. Excellent gym just around the corner.

A lovely place to be at home

Aspectos positivos: Really like the location, near some little parks, felt safe. Liked that you have your privacy as the accomodation isn't manned at all times, so it feels like a shared house, like your home. Juan is very kind, one of the things that attracted me to book here in the first place (from other reviews). It was really nice to find somewhere with a continually warm shower (downstairs) and the rooms and living areas are spacious. We had cupboards in our room and the beds are spacious singles. There's a washing machine to use and a dryer and pretty much everything you need in the kitchen..smoothie maker, microwave, big fridge. The beds are amazing. Not too hard, not too soft. Goldilocks beds. You get towels too.

Aspectos negativos: Could do with a few more pots in the kitchen. It was OK for us as not many people were staying at the time we were there but if the place was full there wouldn't really be enough for more than one set of people to cook at a time. I did feel that it could be more thoroughly cleaned.

Aspectos positivos: Location, very close to the airport and the bus station. Comfy bed and dark room, perfect for a good sleep.

Aspectos positivos: The location is perfect if you need a place near the southern bus station or the Olaya Herrera Airport. The area is safe and not too far from the Parque Lleras nightlife area.

Aspectos positivos: Juan was very helpful when communicating online. The location was fine, handy for the Metro Poblado and Southern Bus terminal.

Aspectos negativos: Fridge needed clearing out. A couple of pots would be useful. Shower ran cold.
