Aspectos positivos: Right in the center of the city. Friendly host, nice views on the football field. It was very quiet we haven't been bothered by the noise a single time (but the hostel was quite empty so maybe when full it's different). Nice double room with big window & private bathroom, very clean. Price/quality ratio is amazing

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen could be improved, very limited equipment to cook.

Comfortable 1 night stay in a colourful hotel!

Aspectos positivos: I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very simple but charming hotel centrally located within the town. Didn’t have any noise issues and found the bed comfortable. Luis on the desk was very helpful and polite and allowed me to store my bags when I need to explore the town after check out. Communication was prompt and helpful with staff via booking.com. Recommended!

Aspectos negativos: No windows to the outside but not much of an issue. Bathroom is a little cramped but has what you need! There is an earlish curfew for the kitchen (it’s locked) but that helps keep noise down.

Aspectos positivos: Our stay at Hotel Casa Verde Guatapé was great! The location was very central, the bed was comfortable, the showers were clean and hot, we had access to a kitchen, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Overall, it was incredible value for money.

Aspectos positivos: Nice staff and colourful property in the heart of Guatape. The check out time of 1pm was amazing and much appreciated.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms are not soundproof at all so a lot of outside noise can be heard until around midnight. Bathroom was very tight for space.

Perfect in town hotel that’s great value

Aspectos positivos: We actually spent a week in this hotel, and really enjoyed our stay. The couple running it are really friendly and we’re always at the ready to make sure everything was perfect from replacing pillows to obtaining new towels. The kitchen was great to use, though a little outdated it functioned enough that we were able to cook well every night. Wifi worked well with zero issues. We had room 15 which also is one of only 2 rooms with a proper window. We would easily stay here again if we returned.

Aspectos negativos: There is a small concern about mould behind the bed (room 15)… which made the pillow smell damp. The owners replaced the pillow with zero fuss.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect, central location. Nice looking and well-maintained property in a charming village building. Clean room. Helpful and nice staff. Well-equipped and very tidy shared kitchen.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms are not sound-proof so you can literally hear people in the other rooms and corridor.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were really helpful and friendly, and let us check in much earlier than we were supposed to. The room is nice and good value for what you are paying, and it’s a good location just a short walk from the front and the main square.

Nice stay and good value for your money

Aspectos positivos: The staff is really helpful and friendly, we even got candy on Halloween :-) Great location in a relatively quiet area, 2 mins to city center and also right around the corner from restaurants and shops. The room is a little basic but with a comfortable bed. The hotel looks cute and is overall welcoming and nicely decorated. We recommend staying here because of the location and nice staff, also because it is good value for your money.

Aspectos negativos: The bathroom door was difficult to open from the inside. The shower was lukewarm. Noise from other rooms is easy to hear but wasn't too disturbing for us.
