Aspectos positivos: Very clean, nice area of the city close to a metro station. Well managed well run hostal, real hotel water.

Aspectos negativos: Not much bad about it, shared bathroom is always a downside but is to be expected at most hostal with shated rooms.

Very traditional hostel. Would stay again. :-)

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Metro is 5 min walk away, big supermarket 10 min and there's a lot of great places to eat in the vicinity. We felt safe walking around even after dark. Staff is super noce and helpful but bear in mind they don't speak English. There's a fridge and a kitchen so you can cook.

Aspectos negativos: Would be nice to have a breakfast option. Rooms look more dated in real life than in the pictures but it's not an issue. Water in the shower was lukewarm.

Aspectos positivos: Situated near the metro, close to Laureles neighbourhood, and in a quiet street, the Yellow House Hostel is well located. I was well welcomed by Raul and the vibe of the place with the other travellers felt great. The room and bathroom were clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Aspectos positivos: I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Salento. The location is perfect close to everything you might need, from restaurants and cafés to the main square and all the activities in the area. The manager is extremely helpful and kind, always ready to give recommendations and assist with anything you need. The place is very clean, comfortable, and has a really chill atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Considering the price and the quality, it’s honestly one of the best deals you can find in Salento. It’s affordable yet offers everything you expect from a great hostel experience. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Salento. I’d happily stay again!

Aspectos positivos: I absolutely loved the family vibes that this hostel has. When coming back after a day of discovering Medellin it didn't feel like coming back to a hostel, but rather coming back home. Very cute place and perfect to get in touch with other travelers. Good and well equipped kitchen. Just a 5 min walk to the metro station and the area felt very safe, also to walk at night. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Perfect place for me to stay in Medellin.

Aspectos negativos: The 4 bed dorm I stayed in was very small, so not much space to leave your luggage. When it rains you cannot use the terrace in the backyard and then it feels a bit small because there are not too many bigger areas to hang out.

High quality hostel

Aspectos positivos: Good location near Floresta metro station, with lots of shops, restaurants etc close by. Good communal areas/facilities. Decent sized kitchen, open areas front and back to relax in. Staff were constantly cleaning which was good. Everyone staying at the hostel when i was there was very happy with it.

Aspectos positivos: Nice location if you like a quiet peaceful night’s sleep, nice hot shower with good pressure, good facilities and helpful and friendly staff.

Aspectos positivos: Was really good! Comfortable beds, clean, had a little outside place to sit and a hammock, kitchen was well equiped. The Hostel is just 5 minutes walking to the metro station and the area is safe to walk solo in the night. The owner and the staff were really friendly and were helping with recommmodations or how to get somewhere. When I was staying there, they had a guide for the communa 13 tour in the hostel, which was perfect.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect and safe location close to public transport, plenty of restaurants and shops around, awesome staff, clean, peaceful...i very recommend staying here
