Aspectos positivos: I had a wonderful stay at CoNomad House. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to explain which areas to be careful in and recommended many great places to visit, which made me feel very safe and well informed. The location is excellent, with many affordable and delicious restaurants nearby, so it was easy to enjoy local food every day. Both the room and the common areas were extremely clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. It was also very convenient to have access to a washing machine and dryer during my stay. In addition, the room had plenty of storage space, making it very comfortable and easy to organize my belongings. Overall, CoNomad House is a clean, safe, and well-managed place with thoughtful hosts. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Really friendly and relaxed place to stay in Laureles
Aspectos positivos: Everything is perfect, Dairo and Camila are super friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. They have free washing and drying machines to use. And they also helped me store my suitcase when I visited Salento and Santa Marta, that helped me a lot! Highly recommended to everyone who prefer to stay in a quiet and relaxing place!

An amazing clean place that makes you feel like home
Aspectos positivos: Really nice rooms that invites you to stay longer term and also feel at home. I loved the vibes and had an amazing Christmas and New Year I will not forget in a long time. The kitchen and apartment is clean and a cleaning lady comes daily. Highly recommended for solo travellers!
Aspectos negativos: Sometimes we had cockroaches, but I think in this climate it is almost unavoidable.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente location, safe and quite but well connectés. Great to work from there while traveling or just to have a comfy and calm place to stay. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, cannot fault and would stay again in the future.
Aspectos positivos: The room was spacious, facilities were clean, kitchen is well equipped and good workspace inside and outside the room. Ideal location in Laureles which is very nice, we were also given some top tips of location to visit which we ended up in Pueblo Paisa. Additionally there is great free coffee and free washing!

Aspectos positivos: Really nice place, with everything you can need, well thought, super clean, and they take good care of their guests! Location is good too, nearby everything but in a less busy street. I really enjoyed my stay, and overall recommend the place
Aspectos negativos: There was often a strong smell of cigarettes in the common area, coming I guess from the balcony where people where smoking without closing the door... And my room was on the road side, and nearby the television area so it was sometimes a bit noisy.

Aspectos positivos: Really loved this place, the house is super clean and the staff is very nice! I was in communication with the owner Florian as well for extension and changing rooms and he has been really accommodating! It's also in a very central location in Laureles, near excellent restaurants, cafes, calle 70, etc.

Best Value stay in Medellin
Aspectos positivos: Excellent facilities for the price. Clean and spacious rooms with lots of closet space and good quality fans. Top notch kitchen with lots of fridge space. Good working area, fast wifi, helpful staff, free DIY laundry, drinking water filter. Best location. Definitely the best value for the cost that I've seen in Medellin.
Aspectos negativos: Rooms are either too hot or too noisy, but it's the same everywhere in Medellin at this budget. It's not technically co-living, because many guests are just travelers staying for a few nights which takes rooms off the market for long term working/nomad people.
