Great Location, comfortable and friendly stay in Jardin.

Aspectos positivos: My stay was amazing. I booked one night , the day before , and the host, Christian, was incredibly friendly and helpful with very quick responses. Since I was only staying one night, he guided me on what to do in town for a quick visit and shared great local recommendations that were well priced and thoughtfully suggested. You can really tell he takes pride of the hotel and the town and wants guests to have a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent linens on the bed. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, balcony was really nice and Christian was so helpful on Whatsapp and organised an amazing coffee farm tour for us at Finca Margus. Loved it here!

Decent place for a short stay

Aspectos positivos: The staff and Christian were really welcoming and friendly. The inner courtyard room was pretty average and noisy at night and early in the morning

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, minutes to the main square. Decent pressure and hot water in the shower. Our bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony to keep the doors wide open. Bedroom had a good amount of shelving. TV...but we didn't watch it. Wifi worked pretty well. Christian was friendly and sent us restaurant suggestions and Google maps of the hiking in the area.

Aspectos negativos: We travel for 4 months at a time, so like to have a place with a kitchen because eating out daily gets expensive. When I booked this room it stated it has a well equipped kitchenette. Its not. There is a fridge, microwave and stove top to use but no toaster, or pots or pans. This did not detract from our stay and I didn't deduct any stars in my rating because of this...but guests should be aware of the limitations of the kitchen.
