Aspectos positivos: Really comfortable, friendly staff and close to centre.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location with exceptional lovely staff. The location was fantastic but came at a cost of noise. Wifi was a bit on and off. Shower was hot you just needed to have the pressure low (perfectly okay for South American travel).

Aspectos positivos: We stayed just for one night but the room was great, big with private bathroom and really nice and helpful personal.

Friendly helpful paradise

Aspectos positivos: Friendly helpful staff that were always available for anything, free water, tea and coffee. Excellent location only 1 block from centre. Huge comfortable room with a sofa, beside table, 2 balconies. Spotless clean. Excellent value for money one of my favourites!!

Location. Location. Location.

Aspectos positivos: This is right by the center of town and only 2 small blocks from the bus station. Beautiful balconies to people watch or enjoy the breezes. We had a corner room which gave us a view of two streets. One of which you could see the church. The hostess was so nice and helpful and we received fresh towels daily. The space also offered coffee and bottled water. The shower was very hot and nice to rinse off at the end of a day out. They also offer tours! The price was unbeatable for the location and kindness of the staff.

Aspectos negativos: These suggestions are more of an FYI and not really anything we didn't like. But for those booking to know upfront before booking. The sewer smell came up from the shower drain. We simply put the bath mat over the drain and solved the issue immediately. The traffic and bar noises were the biggest issue. But no fault of the hotel. If you are in the city center, you should expect noise from vehicles and bars late into the night. The bed was listed as a queen, but actually is a full (to USA standards). The hostess was so nice and offered us a larger room which had queen beds but we preferred the corner room for views and breezes.

Aspectos positivos: Está a una cuadra de la plaza de Jardín. La atención del personal es inigualable

Aspectos negativos: La habitación estaba ubicada en una calle principal del pueblo y después de las 6 AM empieza el tráfico. De resto, excelente. No todas las habitaciones están sobre ésa calle.

Aspectos positivos: La atención por parte de Diana. Muy amable y atenta.
