Aspectos positivos: The Hotel is very well kept, the views around it are truly stunning. We didn't get to see the glamping, but I assume it's very nice. The restaurant is very good, although a bit more variety would be appreciated. Pool and warm Jacuzzi in perfect state. Didn't do any of the additional activitie so can't comment on those. Would stay there again

Aspectos negativos: Better access information would have been appreciated. The hotel can be reached via two different roads from the Manizales-Chinchina Road. Travelers coming from Manizales (north to south) can simply follow their GPS without issue. However, those approaching from Chinchina (south to north) should avoid the first GPS-suggested exit, as it leads to an extremely narrow and difficult road. We had serious concerns about what would happen if we encountered oncoming traffic while ascending. Upon arrival, staff confirmed this route isn't recommended, but we had received no advance warning about this

Aspectos positivos: A very nice and charming staying. Staff were very kind , place so clean , food very good with healthy options too.

Aspectos negativos: The mattress was short for my husband who is 1.80 centimetres (6 1”). His feet was out the mattress.

If you are looking for a relaxing time in a splendid installation, no need to look any further

Aspectos positivos: Hands down one of the best and loveliest boutique hotels I ever stayed in. Suites are more than generous, love to detail is beyond belief and the location is amazing, if you want to disconnect. Quality of the kitchen is simply outstanding and the people go out of their way to accommodate you. Special mention deserves our waiter Don Jorge!

Aspectos positivos: Great location to relax and enjoy the stunning views and experience more about coffee. We definitely recommend to take part in one of the coffee tours offered. We really enjoyed the tour with Juan.

Aspectos positivos: Great location and views, good food, very peaceful at night, many coffee-tour options at the property. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen closes a bit early at night, but maybe that helps keep the place quiet at night.

Our favourite place in Colombia

Aspectos positivos: This was our favourite place to stay during our 2 week trip to Colombia. All the staff were so friendly (especially Jorge who was patient with our Spanish!). We stayed in the main hotel, and the view was really incredible. The bed was so comfortable. We did the coffee tour which involves a walk around their farm, picking coffee, an explanation of the processing of beans and then sampling the various ways coffee is brewed. The food was delicious. We organised some great day trips through their driver Virgilio who was wonderful.

Lovely people, amazing food and spacious rooms

Aspectos positivos: Nice place with great food (they even waited for us to arrive late and left the kitchen open so that we can enjoy hot food). The rooms were spacious and the people absolutely amazing and friendly. We felt so welcomed! Thanks for having us - would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful coffee farm and amazing staff

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely beautiful location on a coffee farm. Staff were so lovely and helpful with organising everything, especially Harold, Stefany, Eliana and don Jorge. The property is really well maintained in a traditional style but is comfortable and so peaceful with beautiful food and coffee (of course). Highly recommend and thank you for a wonderful experience.

Aspectos negativos: The admin could have been better, when we left we had to lug our suitcases up 140 steps as no staff available despite our earlier request

Amazing stay

Aspectos positivos: We liked it so much that we didn't leave the accommodation during our short stay. We stayed in the glamping and everything was perfect. It's huge, it was spotless and you have everything you need. They serve you breakfast right there and it is very complete. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
