Great staff and well located!!!

Aspectos positivos: Good room space, great staff, breakfast is normal but good.

Aspectos negativos: The parking lot's are located at almost 100m away from the hotel which it's not a big deal, but be ready if you have extra luggage 😉

High class service-oriented hotel, centrally located and at a great value

Aspectos positivos: By blind luck on our part, the location turned out to be perfect: easy walking distance (to the extent walking is ever easily in hilly Manizales) from the monument at the top of Chipre, as well as the Ecoparque, and next to the Parque de Aguas, a good place to catch buses. The staff was not only helpful, but seemed intent on satisfying our needs before we even knew we had them. For example, they arranged our coffee farm tour and advised on transportation. We had a grand room with a view of sunrise over the mountains.

Aspectos negativos: La ubicación no es la mejor, lejos del centro, aunque cerca hay restaurantes y panaderías, pero no es un problema, la zona es segura

Hübsches Stadthotel in zentraler aber lauter Lage

Aspectos positivos: Sehr schönes Zimmer mit viel Platz und gemütlichem Bett und geräumigen Bad. Man ist schnell ins Zentrum gelaufen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Aspectos negativos: Leider liegt das Hotel in einer lauten Gegend und die Fenster schließen schlecht und sind kaum isoliert, so dass es recht laut im Zimmer wird. Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen… noch eine Kleinigkeit: es gab keinen Lichtschalter an meinem Bett, so dass man erst zur Zimmertür laufen muss. Der Stecker vom Fön war total kaputt und sah ziemlich gefährlich aus… der Fön funktionierte dann auch nicht

Aspectos positivos: Impecable todo, todo ordenado, habitaciones limpias, una vista hermosa y sobre todo la amabilidad y trato cordial por parte de todos en el hotel, en especial de jhon jairo, volvería con los ojos cerrados a hospedarme allí.

En general todo me gustó, recomiendo mucho el hotel

Aspectos positivos: Muy buen hotel, las instalaciones del hotel son cómodas y ordenadas. Además me gusta mucho que ofrecieron desayuno desde muy am ya que ese día era la media maratón de manizales, un servicio muy completo y agradable

Aspectos negativos: La habitación que me tocó estaba al frente de la calle, por ende se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle

Great value and excellent location

Aspectos positivos: Staff is great, very nice and helpful. Altough the parkin facilities are not at the hotel, they we very kind to help us with our bags when we got there and when we left.

Aspectos negativos: Our room was on the 2nd floor, the whole room would tremble when a bus or a truck passed near the hotel. We kindly requested to be moved, they got us a room on the 1st floor and all was great.
