Great value for money, I’d stay again.

Aspectos positivos: I was moved to a room as the cabins key was missing. The room was huge, big windows over looking the city. Jacuzzi was great, shower hot bed very comfortable. Bright and airy.

Aspectos negativos: During the first night the staff member on the desk was watching something with the volume up at 2am.. the noise travelled up the stair well and kept me awake the a couple of hours.

Aspectos negativos: There was not parking lot, however the girl at the staff helped us by leaving the car outside the hotel.

Aspectos positivos: Las habitaciones estan super limpias. Super recomendado. The rooms are super clean and they have the best view of the andes central mountain range.

Aspectos negativos: La Alberca y Jacuzzi estaban en mantenimiento y no los pudimos user. Tha pool and jacuzzi were not open due to maintenance.

Aspectos negativos: The part of the hotel where we stayed at seems to be recently opened, so a few things are still missing; but it was not a deal breaker.

Good experience would stay again

Aspectos positivos: Secure parking, room was clean with comfortable bed, nice view is the city from breakfast room.

Aspectos negativos: My room was in the front near the street, a bit of noise from early Am Traffic and neighborhood dogs, but not terrible

Aspectos positivos: PET FRIENDLY, COMODA LA SEGUNDA HABITACIÓN Y NOS GUARDARON EQUIPAJE, muy atento el chico de la noche.

Aspectos negativos: La cabaña muy bonita, pero si muy mal la Luz, no se podía cerrar la puerta, entraba frío y nos ofrecieron una habitación a cambio. La comida rápida que ofrecen de otra empresa para domicilio, la comida muy maluca, no fue para nada rico. No nos llegó buena agua caliente a la habitación.
