Spacious and comfortable

Aspectos positivos: Offered a room upgrade for cost as initial room had no window. 2nd room very spacious and comfortable with nice balcony. Nice area.

Aspectos negativos: One room has no window, but 2nd room was perfect

Quiet and spacious

Aspectos positivos: Spacious rooms with all the amenities needed. Host was super nice and very helpful. Located near some pretty nice restaurants yet quiet and not in a crowded area.

Aspectos positivos: Claudia, Luis and Gonzalo were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and location is in a quiet street, a short walk to shop and restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: We had the room with the kitchen, nice size room but no windows. Our fault, we could of changed rooms. I suggest choosing the other rooms though. They all have windows and look lovely.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location; The owners are such beautiful souls - very kind, they make you feel like home

Aspectos negativos: The laundry service is a bit expensive - I gave one bag of clothes and they counted as two bags. It was the price of one night (100 000 pesos).

Aspectos positivos: Everything perfect. Beautiful accom. Clean, comfortable, secure. Lovely owners. In a very safe area. Honestly Laureles is such a lovely respite from the rest of the city, even compared to El Poblado. We returned there for lunch and dinner most times because it's so nice in the area. Supermarket and pharmacy close by, alongside heaps of bars restaurants and cafes. Huge washer dryer on site available for 50,000 COP for 1 wash and dry which is exceptionally good value. Honestly loved this spot!

Aspectos positivos: It was very clean and the hosts are very nice. The location is great, in a safe area with restaurants and banks around. The owner can help you book tours at good prices.

Aspectos negativos: If you’re a light sleeper some earplugs are needed because it can sometimes be a bit noisy. Also the shower and the shower drain need some repairs.

Friendly and perfect place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to leave our stuff that we didn't need for a couple of days. We have received good advice where to go and how. There was an inner terrace next to us that we appreciated a lot.

Aspectos negativos: We liked everything, nothing to complain.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es un zona muy tranquila, habitación cómoda para descansar. Fernando y su hermana son personas muy atentas y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento, te dan las mejores referencias para hacer el citytour por cuenta propia. Muy contentos con la muestra de cariño y apoyo de ambos, volvería a alojarme nuevamente con ellos ☺️.

Gran preocupacion por nuestro bienestar Muy pendiente de nuestras salidas para orientarnos en todos los sentidos Excelente información sobre sirios a visitar, recorridos, transporte. Etc El tour a la piedra del peñol Atencion y orientación en todo cuanto hicimos.
