Great stay in Laureles! Only minor improvements to be made

Aspectos positivos: +Great location in Laureles, close to restaurants and it’s safe +Staff were very friendly and helpful +Breakfast was pretty good with nice eggs, fruit and juice and tea/coffee +Bedroom pretty comfortable, bed was good +Smart TV and icy A/C +Good WiFi

Aspectos negativos: -The rooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh -The shower sprayed/leaked quite a lot and the sink tap also leaked -The room only had one window which faced an internal corridor -No lamps on bedside tables

Aspectos positivos: The service was always attentive and helpful, even with my language barrier. The room was huge and comfortable. Everything was as expected.

Decent hotel in a great location.

Aspectos positivos: Decent sized bathroom stocked with all the essentials. Bathrooms in other hotels tend to be much smaller and allow water to splash everywhere from the shower - not the case over here. Also, the hotel is in a great location with walkable acces to tons of restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: While our stay was pleasant, it is still only rated as a 2-star hotel. Considering that, the price is a little on the higher side.

We frlt like home! ADELINA AND GERALDINE are amazing people, very nice and super professionnal.

Aspectos positivos: The staff is excellent, huge highlight of our stay at this hotel. They made us feel safe and welcome every day. We would come back just to see them again! The service and breakfast are amazing. And the location is just perfect.

Aspectos negativos: I was happy to get a roomwith a window and balcony.
