Aspectos positivos: El lugar es silencioso, tranquilo y su precio es de acuerdo a lo que brinda, queda cerca a restaurantes, tienda D1, muy cerca al metro. Está muy bien ubicado.

Aspectos negativos: En la ducha no tenía una cortina o separador entonces el agua caía por el sanitario, y 1 de las camas sonaba mucho al más mínimo movimiento.
