Aspectos positivos: Took advantage of breakfast at hotel without needing to go to a restaurant. Staff very friendly.

Aspectos negativos: The room assigned to me was small and did not have an area to put my suitcase and I had to leave my suitcase on my bed. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room.

Lovely central stay

Aspectos positivos: Super comfortable, great room, great shower with lovely breakfast and very kind staff. Would 100% recommend!

Aspectos negativos: At night, mainly on weekends keep in mind the area is a little bit sketchy. Its ok, just be careful as a foreigner that’s all.

Good place to stay in downtown

Aspectos positivos: I liked the place and think it's probably the best value in all of downtown Medellin. I especially liked the patio area, the hotel location, and the breakfast. The bathroom shower was especially nice.

Aspectos positivos: Central location, right by the metro station. Served basic breakfast. Had a gated door. Hot water, mini fridge, tv and the room is quite spacious.

Aspectos negativos: The area gets noisy early on in the morning with street vendors and the shopkeepers. Breakfast is served in an area right outside the rooms of the second floor which gets very annoyingly noisy and disturbing. The hotel has blue lights that illuminate the building at night. These lights shine through the rooms

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and very friendly stuff.Close to the Metro and shops.

Aspectos negativos: We were ripped off when we left less than 2 kg of laundry to be washed. We were changed 72,000 Columbian Pesos. ( 15 Euros) Most other places in Medellin change about 3 to 4 Euro for 2 kg of laundry. We did ask management why did it cost so much and they replied that we had branded clothes ! We most definitely do not wear branded T shirts and socks on holidays! The clothes were not washed properly and were still stained on return. They also asked us for extra money to clean our room! We declined and cleaned the room ourselves. The Hotel is not located in a tourist area and it's not safe to venture outside at night time as the streets beside the hotel are full of people out of their minds on drugs.

A nice surprise

Aspectos positivos: Location excellent except for the night time, receptionist very kind and helpful, room clean and super shower. Free coffee and water.

Aspectos negativos: Policy too strictly about payment upon arrival. Rooms on the last floor too hot. Pillows to improve.

Reasonable value for money

Aspectos positivos: Nice room, surprisingly well furnished. Neighborhood is aweful, but convenient - close to metro station, Nutibara hotel with shuttle to the airport MDE. For that money it's ok.

Aspectos negativos: No one speaks English. Noise from the street (and hotel too) and too hot air.
