Overall a good value for money

Aspectos positivos: The room was good value for the price, pretty spacious room with a big bathtub, the breakfast was good as well and the staff was friendly

Aspectos negativos: It was not very soundproof and quite noisy in the night and the cleaning could have been better but overall it’s a good value for money

Aspectos positivos: This was such a lovely hotel! The rooms nicely decorated and small details from the lights to the very large beds. The staff were all lovely and helped us when our remote to the TV stopped working. Could not recommend enough.

Aspectos negativos: We were woken up by noise in the hotel, unsure on if it was hotel workers or guests but didn’t effect our stay

Nice hotel

Aspectos positivos: The staff were so amazing, kind and welcoming. Can't say enough about how good they are. Hotel and rooms were clean. Stayed in room 501 for 10 days, comfortable and clean, large wardrobe, nice shower and Jacuzzi.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms at front of hotel are very noisy. Stayed in room 502 for 2 days. It wasn't a nice as room 501, shower in muddle of the room rather than separate toilet and shower room like 501. The shower door didn't close and toilet seat improperly installed. The breakfast place along the street is not impressive given how many breakfasts they serve. Glass rather than plastic and charging extra for a drop of milk in coffee seemed a bit silly, especially after having so many breakfasts there.

Muy cómodo relación calidad y precio.

Aspectos positivos: Es un lugar cómodo y cuenta con una ubicación excelente para llegar a todo sin complicaciones, la zona es segura y hay restaurantes de todo tipo al rededor. El desayuno es excelente.

Aspectos negativos: Creo que tiene oportunidades de mejora, las manillas de las puertas pueden ser más seguras y sería excelente si las habitaciones tuvieran caja fuerte.

Aspectos positivos: El hotel es super bueno por el precio - limpio, cerca a mucho en Laureles, una calle muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones fueron muy limpios y completos.

Aspectos negativos: creo que seria bueno tener el desayuno en un lugar diferente, estuvo por el parqueadero.

Muy buena estadia, a muy buen precio ;)

Aspectos positivos: El hotel tiene lo necesario para tener una buena estadia y disfrutar de visitar Medellín, una muy buena locación rodeada de tranquilidad pero tambien cerca a una de las avenidas principales para poder comer o pasar un buen tiempo con familia y amigos. Los cuartos bastante limpios, el servicio fue excelente.

Aspectos negativos: Podrían mejorar la disposición del restaurante. Esta al lado del parqueadero y cuando encienden una moto o un carro el olor a gasolina o el humo entra, esto es un poco molesto.
