Great location

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is perfectly located, and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel has just a couple of parking spots (which are for free) and we were lucky to find one for both nights.

Affordable stay in Laureles

Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff, comfortable bed, super clean, amazing water pressure in the shower, great location in Laureles

Aspectos negativos: The noise - the walls and windows are paper thin. you could hear everything in the halfway and from outside. It would be also great if the rooms had a sign for when you did not want your room cleaned. A bit irritating when house keeping knocks at your door every morning and you're asleep and having to tell them there's no need for room service.

Aspectos positivos: Clean hotel. In a good neighbourhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Water, tea and coffee are available in the reception area, which is a good gesture.

Aspectos negativos: The staff didn't seem friendly, and the breakfast was like that of a 1—or 2-star hotel.

Aspectos positivos: Mostly everything is good. I got a room with a window painted black, facing the corridor. But they found me a room with a huge window. Solved quickly. Everything else is fine. Clean, they cleaned every day. Friendly staff, exceptional. They took away my iron.

A great place to stay in Laureles, Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Very friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely included breakfast and a good choice in the restaurant each night.

Aspectos negativos: An external window in my room would have been nice but I had a frosted window overlooking the hotel foyer which was fine.

Aspectos positivos: This is a good hotel in a great neighborhood. The room was a nice size, and we were given one with a balcony facing the street. The air conditioning worked very well, and the in-room fridge was a useful addition. The shower room was compact, and the hot water could have been better. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, with scrambled eggs made to order. Meals are served on the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely setting. The terrace also features a jacuzzi. The location is excellent, with a lively main street full of bars, restaurants, and street food just two blocks away.

Aspectos negativos: The lack of proper soundproofing in the balcony doors was a major downside.
