Aspectos positivos: The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooftop jacuzzi and saunas were fantastic. The staff was helpful and attentive.

Aspectos negativos: I felt the location was a bit far from everything. The dining area could be larger. With the amount of guests that were there, there was often a bit of waiting time. I felt a bit rushed to finish my breakfast because I could see people waiting for a seat. Maybe not a big problem over the whole year, I guess it depends on the season.

Great Find Near Medellín

Aspectos positivos: Great location in Itagüi, just on the outskirts of Medellín by 5-10minute drive with great restaurants within walking distance with affordable prices. The hot tub was clean, Wifi speed excellent and I enjoyed using the sauna. Breakfast was OK- mostly eggs, arepas and fruit. Staff was awesome 👌🏽

Excellent hotel wonderful staff

Aspectos positivos: Very efficient space, it was a relaxing environment with wonderful staff especially Sandra who made sure that everything was taken care of from the day we booked. She took care of transportation and accommodation when we decided to switch from another hotel to finish our stay there because the 2 nights we stayed were that good. Lovely spa area and close to good food and shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: All the staff was very supportive and friendly..The rooms are very clean and the towels chenged almost daily. Breakfast included is good and healthy. We also apreciated the jacuzi on the rooftop.

Great for a romantic getaway or a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city.

Aspectos positivos: I was looking for a nice romantic getaway with my partner. She has been wanting a room with a hot tub forever, and the hotel had this available (junior suite) for a very good price. The ambiance of the hotel and the room was perfect for a romantic getaway.

Aspectos negativos: The hotel controls some of the power/electricity access to the room. When we first arrived the air conditioner, the table lights and the fan all did not work and we though they were damaged or the outlets didn't work. The hotel has to turn on a switch to allow power for these amenities (and also the hot tub). But even when they turned the power on, the fan and the table lights did not work. I mentioned this to the desk, but the problems were not addressed while we were there. When you have such a problem, it is usually courteous for the hotel to offer some sort of compensation, but this was not offered to us. If you are staying here, check that everything works when you first arrive in the room and if it doesn't I would ask for a different room.
