Aspectos positivos: Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Loved how close it was to the Metro. Having a laundry sink and drying rack in the room was very helpful.
Aspectos negativos: It is a bit noisy given that it is so close to a major road. There are not many restaurants nearby but the few that are close are good.

Was super nice! I would stay again.
Aspectos positivos: Generally everything. The apartments are stunning and clean, 24 h reception very kind and accommodating, the amazing views and location is also good, nearby the metro.
Aspectos negativos: Not for light sleepers. The hotel is in between 2 main, very busy, roads and the windows are paper thin. It helped changing for a room facing north. The kitchen equipment has to improve. Pans are very low quality and carry health risks.

Definitely choose this for location/comfort combo
Aspectos positivos: The location was great, our flat on the 14th floor offered great views, it was comfortable for almost 10 days to be able to work and visit the city!
Aspectos negativos: The cleaning lady didn't come every day but over all the stuff was super and everything was great.

Super apartment south of Poblado
Aspectos positivos: Good spacious apartment. Close to the metro for easy access to the rest of the city. Nice comfortable bed, bedroom AC enough to cool the whole apartment. Cheap and efficient Laundry service Good view from the Balcony Big Smart TV to connect to YouTube, Netflix etc Great shower with hot water. Very good value for money
Aspectos negativos: Small cockroaches. Had to kill a few. Can be noisy, as close to a main street, so had to wear ear plugs to sleep, bring some if you are a light sleeper or can't go back to sleep once woken up. Quiet at nights though.

Value for money I will contemplate staying again in the future
Aspectos positivos: Probably was close to all the areas I wanted to visit on my vacation. It was close to my friends home for friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay.
Aspectos negativos: The air conditioning was only in the bedroom. I would’ve preferred if there was air-conditioning throughout the apartment.

Good location for exploring the city
Aspectos positivos: next to the metro station, the breakfast cafés nearby, the friendly staff, the bathroom especially the shower, the kitchen with the fridge, the comfortable bed, - It's very clean and felt very safe. No nightclubs around. We stayed longer than we first thought:)
Aspectos negativos: Loveless equipment of the flat, no chairs on the balcony, windows do not close well, so traffic noise all day and night long Would not recommend the laundry- missed socks and undertrousers afterwards

Ideal para trabajo y pasar unos dias en la ciudad
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación del Hotel es ideal para lo que necesitábamos, es un hotel muy central y cerca a la estacion del metro. La atención de las personas fue excelente, muy atentos y cordiales en todo momento.
Aspectos negativos: La construccion del hotel tiene un problema con la atenuacion del ruido de la calle. Se escucha todo el ruido de los vehiculos de la calle. Las ventanas del Hotel no son acusticas y puede ser molesto conciliar el sueño

Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion del hotel era muy practica, carreteras cerca, estacion de metro Aguacatala, farmacias cerca, centro comercial con multiples opciones para comer y lavanderia cerca, tienda de suministros Se puede cocinar en los apartamentos que estan bien equipados para una estancia larga. Las habitaciones son sencillas sin lujos pero bien equipadas, comodas y funcionales, las opciones de desayuno son sencillas y buenas con un servicio esmerado y cordial de las encargadas, hay accesibilidad de la administracion para ingresar visitas con el debido registro, la zona es segura en area urbana, los servicios de uber y taxi llegan sin problema. Las empresas de tour llegan al hotel porque lo tienen en las lineas de referencia, finalmente la atencion del personal de recepcion impecable y cordial.
Aspectos negativos: Hotel que vuelvo a repetir.
