Aspectos positivos: What makes this place the best is the staff : absolutely everyone is super nice, helpful, positive, flexible, everything you need ! Of course, it's also a nice stop on the road, or small vacations / weekend escape from the city (Medellin isn't too far). Nice swimming pool, nice food made by the local staff, the view of the Rio is amazing, etc.

Aspectos negativos: The room is huge and nice but could be a bit modernised. The TV was not working when I was there (I did not mind asking for help though, wasn't super important) and the mattress is definitely old and not super comfortable. Otherwise everything was good.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The nearness of the river, the birds, the staff, the food, make the stay magical.

Aspectos negativos: There are cleaning issues, especially regarding the shower areas. It might be due to the change of administration, but it's an issue that needs to be taken care of.

Aspectos positivos: The pool was amazing and staff very helpful . Great breakfast as well . Tranquil Location near the river with super wildlife esp birds of all colours . The perfect getaway.

Aspectos negativos: No hot water in shower but I realise this is common for the area

Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy lindas, limpias, cómodas, el personal siempre fue muy amable para encontrar opciones al pagar, gracias por su hospitalidad, un mexicano agradecido

Aspectos negativos: Solo otro extranjero hizo comentarios desagradables, pensando que éramos locales y cuando le contesté en inglés y luego en francés se sorprendió y lo puse en su lugar, deberían vigilar este tipo de comportamientos en la alberca.

El lugar perfecto para un relax

Aspectos positivos: El personal, super amable y cordial. La ubicación, excelente con una vista bellísima al río. Un espacio tranquilo para descansar y relajarse.

Definitivamente volvería, es un buen lugar y tranquilo para descansar y venden una excelente comida.

Aspectos positivos: El desayuno excelente, la atención de las personas que laboran alla es muy buena siempre atentos a las necesidades de los que se hospedan y la piscina muy limpia.

Aspectos negativos: Mi habitación tenia un ventilador de techo, soy alérgica al polvo, entonces cuando se prendia se percibía que tenía polvo y me afecto un poco.
