Aspectos positivos: The workers are very friendly and helpfull, I enjoyed the people working there they are always in for a good talk! The cleaning lady’s / kitchen stuff is very good and a pleasure to talk to! I recommend this place before leaving to the airport!

Aspectos positivos: Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal, nunca tuve problema con ellos. La señora de la cocina, de la limpieza y las chicas de recepción de verdad son un amor y un encanto, muy serviciales, atentas, colaboradoras. Esas chicas son lo máximo

Aspectos negativos: Que me cobraron abusivamente impuestos que yo sé que no debían cobrarme, soy colombiano con residencia en el extranjero y mostré todo lo que se requiere para demostrar la exoneración del impuesto y aún así el encargado del hotel exigió que me lo cobren. Yo viajo todos los meses a Colombia y no me cobran ese impuesto pero resulta que según ese señor tenía que cobrarme y hasta el sol de hoy nunca me llegó la factura de lo cobrado.
