Good hotel for a night stay

Aspectos positivos: It’s very close to the airport and the facilities are good. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, the rooms are spacious.

Aspectos negativos: The value of the hotel to the airport transfer is not included in the accommodation fee. The fee itself is very high in terms of the distance between the hotel and the airport given that a taxi from Medellin costs 134000 COP and the distance is roughly 35-40 minutes while the hotel charges me 40000 for a 5 minutes ride.

Comfortable and friendly!

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. It was a bit on the smaller side but overall it was good for our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and accesible. The staff was very nice. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect.

Aspectos negativos: Bathroom is small and doesn't have much counter space.

Great family hotel!

Aspectos positivos: Very nice spacious and beautiful rooms. Amazing huge garden with playground, pool and lots of space. The beds are very comfy and they have lovely baby cribs available. The stuff is very friendly and helpful! The gym is top!

Aspectos negativos: Some rooms are very loud, especially the 1st floor where people arrive in the night drunk or from the airport. It can feel like sleeping on the main station. The restaurant inside the hotel is not really good...

Very relaxing peaceful place offering everything you would need.

Aspectos positivos: Everything! This is a beautiful very spacious hotel that offers everything. The Staff here are among the best we encountered on our 6 week journey. The dining was great with an extensive delicious menu. The pool area, cabanas, kids playground & gorgeous gardens were very enjoyable. Even though this hotel is near the airport it is quiet & has a nice country feel. Definitely a great choice & we really enjoyed our stay.

Aspectos negativos: The restuarant’s menu does not have a lot of tradtional options.

Nice hotel close to airport

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is nicely placed close to the airport, it has a beautiful recreation area with a pool and kids games. The room was spacious and clean.

Aspectos negativos: I ended up paying for the transfer to the airport and I was not told about the charge when I asked for the transfer. The room was expensive enough that it should have covered the transfer but just something to be noted for anyone who books

Aspectos positivos: breakfast selection was good, staff very attentive and friendly. location for the venue was excellent, as well as that late checkout was available until 3 pm.

Aspectos negativos: the bathroom is definitely too small, there where a lot of closets in the room, not to be used unless moving there. the fee for the early checkin, we arrived at 2 pm and had to pay for the 1 hour early check in usd 40, which is too much. the room was available, so paying early and late checkout fee total of usd 60-70 was not very economic.
