Aspectos positivos: It was a safe place to arrive and the people help a lot, you can ask anything.
Aspectos negativos: The cleaning was not done as we requested at lunchtime, so I think they shouldn't have promised something they couldn’t control. Another thing that upset us was that we asked for some more bread at breakfast, and instead of saying they couldn’t provide it, they just stayed silent. It wouldn’t have mattered if it cost extra — they could have simply told us they ran out because there were more guests.

The staff is wonderful and super friendly and the hotel is very clean. You get a free homemade breakfast with your stay
Aspectos positivos: The property is in an excellent location, close to Sabanetas main park but quiet enough at night. You’ve got great access to restaurants, cafes and corner shops. Exito (basically Colombias target/walmart) is like 2 blocks away in case you forgot to pack anything.
Aspectos negativos: I would have given this property a 10/10 if it weren’t for the plumbing issues we experienced in one room. We stayed in two different rooms because our flight was canceled after the first week. The first room had absolutely so issues and was excellent. The second room’s toilet however would barely flush and they were not able to fix it over the course of the 5 days. That was unfortunate but everything else about this hotel was fantastic.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente experiencia de alojamiento Nuestra experiencia fue realmente excelente. El alojamiento se destacó por su comodidad, limpieza y atención al detalle. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, los espacios son amplios y acogedores, y todo funciona perfectamente. El servicio del personal fue impecable: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, lo que hizo nuestra estadía aún más agradable. La ubicación es muy conveniente, ideal para descansar y también para movilizarse con facilidad. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendamos totalmente y al que volveríamos sin pensarlo. Una experiencia que supera las expectativas.
Aspectos negativos: Excelente servicio de alojamiento Mi experiencia fue completamente satisfactoria. No tengo ninguna experiencia negativa que mencionar. El alojamiento ofrece un ambiente cómodo, limpio y muy bien organizado. La atención fue excelente, siempre cordial y oportuna, lo que hizo la estadía muy agradable. Todo estuvo en perfecto estado y cumplió con lo prometido. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo totalmente y al que volvería sin pensarlo.

Aspectos positivos: El es muy lindo y cómodo. Fui atendida por Valentina que es una persona súper amable y siempre atenta con todo. Las habitaciones son divinas y hermosas. La cama es increíble y el desayuno es buenisimo. Si te vas a hospedar considera que Sabaneta es lindo pero no es central. Hay que tomar taxi para llegar o metro
Aspectos negativos: Lo que no me gustó del alojamiento es que dejé mi monedero en la habitación y me di cuenta que me faltaron 20 dólares. Es algo menor pero hay que estar pendiente de eso.
