Very nice place, great staff, don't mention the breakfast

Aspectos positivos: Staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful throughout my stay. Location in a very nice part of Laureles with lots of very good food options close by.

Aspectos negativos: I only had the included breakfast once, and the day I had it was pretty poor - lukewarm food, not tasty. I also got sick shortly after this which wiped out the next 2 days for me - not saying the food made me sick, but it put some doubt in my mind, so I didn't eat there again. Lighting in the room was pretty dark, even with all the lights on at once.

Lovely spot in Laureles

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location in Laureles neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly and efficient at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Aspectos negativos: It took effort to get the room colder.

Decent place to stay while visiting Medellín on a business trip

Aspectos positivos: Located in the Laureles neighbourhood, the Innate Hotel gives direct access to several restaurants and bars while still being a place to rest at night. The personal is kind and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel gives good breakfast, but can also serve lunch, drinks and good dinner.

Aspectos negativos: The business centre should get an update as the fitness and Jacuzzi facilities on the final floor (by the way: marvellous view!!)
