Eco Hotel Terrabella

Aspectos positivos: The lady working on the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and kind. I didn't catch her name but she is a credit to the hotel.

While not perfect, it was a fun place especially if you buy the upgraded room.

Aspectos positivos: The location of this hotel is one of it's best selling points. It is within easy walking distance of local restaurants. The breakfast served was good. My room had a jacuzzi and a small fireplace in an attached alcove. I paid for one of the upgraded rooms which featured these 2 extras. The hotel sends a man to light the fire in the evening. He leaves a few extra sticks. The fireplace burns for about an hour. It was nice to sit in front of the fire for that hour. We did not use the jacuzzi. The property had a small area for games and a grass space to walk barefoot as well as some trails.

Aspectos negativos: The bed sloped towards the middle and therefore sleeping was not easy. In general the bed was not the most comfortable. It was not terrible, it just didn't work for me.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Aspectos positivos: Very nice hotel, the room was very spacious, the Wi-Fi was working well so I could work the all day from my room without interruption. They serve a good breakfast in the room. The staff is all very kind and helpful, I felt really welcomed. During the week the restaurant is not working, but I could find very nice options nearby for delivery, in particular one called Disfruto which was really good and nice service.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing is that rooms don’t have heating, so especially at night it’s a bit cold in the room.

Aspectos negativos: I could not get hot water to work which was difficult in such a cold climate

Satisfecha y feliz con mi estancia de fin de semana

Aspectos positivos: Lo cerca al parque de Santa Elena, lo fácil de acceder a las instalaciones, lo comodo de las habitaciones lo campestre y natural además siempre había cafe disponible en la recepción.

Aspectos negativos: La cama King no tenía la colchoneta encima para no sentir la unión de los dos colchones. Y aunque el desayuno estuvo bien, solo había opción de chocolate para tomar y no había opción de café o jugo.

Para desconectar y conectar con lo importante!!

Aspectos positivos: Muy amables, una ubicación muy cercana a la via principal; el sendero es genial, las camas son comodas y las cobijas son suficientes para el frio!!!

Aspectos negativos: No funciono el agua caliente, y no tenia porta toallas en el baño; el material de las tejas no atenua el sonido de la caida de las gotas de agua lo que se tornaba algo ruidoso cuando comenzo a llover mas fuerte.
