Aspectos positivos: Very nice place, beautiful and spotless, food is just amazing, the staff is very kind and helpful. The mattress feels like heaven, this was our second time in this paradise, but not the last.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing paradise! Extremely well decorated, comfortable, large villas. Delicious food.

Aspectos negativos: Is a bit pricy. The gardening work starts very early in the morning and it was loud.

A great place to relax in the warm weather of Valle de Cauca.

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable accommodation - we had a large room with large ensuite bathroom and very comfortable bed. The food was of a high standard, particularly the breakfasts, which were outstanding and more or less made to personal order. Pool area was nice. Staff were friendly and attentive - great service.

Aspectos negativos: Shower in ensuite could be a little cleaner. One small point - the signage at the entrance could be clearer. There's only one small sign facing north. Arriving in the dark from the south, we struggled to find the hotel.

Aspectos negativos: El desayuno un poco demorado. En el desayuno tenía bebidas frías incluidas y no me lo dijeron sino el último día. El check-out muy lento. En plena hora pico de entrada/salida y solo una persona atendiendo. No me hicieron el ingreso de mi pago inicial y el estado de cuenta no lo reflejaba.
