Incredible stay in Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Aspectos positivos: It was such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the highlight. I got very sick while I was there and they went out of their way to help me. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. And all of the facilities are excellent, the pool especially. Will definitely stay again when I return.

Great place but bring cash

Aspectos positivos: I liked almost everything. The pool area was great. The service was great. The food was good, not great. The other guests were great. The owner was nice. Easy to get to the town square. The room was nice and mine had a hot tub in it. Very good place.

Aspectos negativos: OK... I blame Booking.com and Colombia for this. I am a foreigner and using foreign credit cards. As soon as I made the reservation the hotel messaged me saying I need to give them a deposit of 50%. I told them I couldn't because my foreign card would not work on the system they provided. Transferring money from my bank to their bank is not easy. I wrote Booking and they said the hotel cannot ask for a deposit. Anyway, I spoke to the owner via WhatsApp and I said I will just pay with my card when I arrive. She said OK. When I arrived, I was given 2 choices. 1. Use the system where my card did not work before or a bank transfer from Bancolombia or cash. Cash would have taken 2 days to get the money but luckily, my Colombian wife had just enough to do a transfer. The problem is she was not part of this transaction. I was taking us on a trip to celebrate. If you do not accept credit cards TELL YOUR FOREIGN CLIENTS before. Bookin.com says at this property credit cards are accepted. Both the website and the hotel need to get on the same page. If I had gone on my own, I would have been screwed. Many business in Colombia have now gone to transfer or cash only. Fine, but you do not get to just do what you want when the website promoting your business makes it clear that credit cards are options. Booking, you should hold them to your agreements. Duh! DO BETTER The beds were very squishy and they had 2 top sheets that made it not so comfortable to move on. Still a 7 out of 10 on the beds. If you are taller than 5'-10\

Bueno para relajarse un fin de semana en pareja (habitación con jacuzzi)

Aspectos positivos: Escogimos la habitación con jacuzzi y nos fue muy bien, incluso incluyeron la espuma que no suele suceder en otros lugares. La piscina también está muy bien. La cama muy cómoda y el lugar limpio.

Aspectos negativos: No es algo malo en si, la propiedad no queda sobre la calle principal, hay que caminar como 3 cuadras para llegar a los restaurantes bares y parques de la principal… la propiedad queda en un barrio residencial y no hay parqueadero interno en la propiedad, pero dejamos el carro en la calle sin contratiempos y nos ahorramos el parqueadero.

Aspectos positivos: La comodidad de las instalaciones, la limpieza de los cuartos y el ambiente perfecto.

Aspectos positivos: El ambiente familiar, la amabilidad de todo el personal y la comida deliciosa. Está muy cerca al parque y a los principales sitios de interés de Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Aspectos negativos: El servicio de televisión no es muy bueno. Podrían mejorarlo.

Convenient location and excellent staff.

Aspectos positivos: The staff at this hotel made our stay very memorable. Maria Jose, Alejandra and Lena were very kind and helpful. It was wonderful that Maria Jose knew English as we struggle with Spanish. The pool was fabulous and super clean. Location was just a quick walk into downtown. We stayed in the downstairs room which was just fine.

Aspectos negativos: Todo nos gusto, depronto el wifi estaba un poquito lento en las habitaciones, pero no es algo tan relevante. Si uno va a descansar.
