Stunning apartments in excellent location which feels very safe. Nearby amazing bars and restaurents

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely stunning apartment in a lovely part of the city within walking distance of El Poblado/Provenza bars and restaurants. The roof terrace and pool was such a perfect bit of calm in this bustling city. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and the apartment itself was stylish and comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: It would have been nice to have a table and chairs in the lovely shady garden area outside reception for cooling down outside.

A charming & comfortable place with a great vibe, but a few minor things could be smoother.

Aspectos positivos: Great rooms with large beds, a comfy couch, and a nice balcony surrounded by greenery. It felt more like a cozy urban retreat than a typical hotel, which we really appreciated. The location in El Poblado is spot on, and getting around was easy and cheap with taxis.

Aspectos negativos: The housekeeping system was a bit confusing and didn't really work in practice. You had to leave a sign on the door to request cleaning, but once it fell off and the room never got cleaned, and another time we asked reception directly and they only changed the towels. Also, we booked a quad room but the welcome amenities were only for 2 guests, not 4.

Loma Verde lives up to the hype!

Aspectos positivos: Lome Verde lives up to the hype. The location is in a quite stretch an easy ten minute walk away from the centre of Poblado. The rooms are updated and highly functional, i.e. we were a family of four with a two bedroom unit that included two bathrooms and laundry. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The front desk and cleaning staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

A Little Gem

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is modern, clean, quiet and in a convenient location, just a 10 minute walk to the shops & restaurants. It is spacious and well appointed with an enormous bed! All the staff are all friendly & helpful and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment!! Everything was spotless. We immediately felt relaxed and comfortable, it was modern and spacious. The bed is comfortable and the shower was great! The kitchen is great for a longer stay in the city, and there is a grocery store very close by. The reception was so helpful and friendly when we arrived, offering a welcome drink and bringing our luggage to our room. Overall, we couldn't fault Loma Verde Aparthotel

Great area and apartment complex.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment it self was excellent. Had everything we needed for a week stay. Bed was super comfortable. Staff super friendly. Felt safe staying at the complex. Amazing coffee at end of the street. Easy to walk to Provenza and far enough away from the chaos. gym is small but had everything you need to get a workout done.

Aspectos negativos: The windows and doors are not double glazed so you can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Could hear people on the balcony below talking easily with windows and doors closed.

Nice, clean appartment ca. 15 min up from where the action is in safe neighbourhood.

great value for money

Aspectos positivos: best thing the staff, everyone was really nice, super helpful with everything we needed during the stay. Great location, amazing view. The apartment had everything for a long stay too. We got the cot we needed for our baby.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I would change are the beds and pillows, in both rooms the beds were extremely noise, if we turned at night our baby would woke up due to the noise and they are not really comfortable, same with the pillows.
