Aspectos positivos: Is located in very good area of Medellín, very close to restaurants and the personal is very friendly and quickly respond to our request.

Aspectos negativos: It was an little issue with the cleaning, BUT the personal fixet quickly

Excellent stay in a perfect area.

Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and clubs but still a little secluded. Quality of the apartment was super - large terrace with jacuzzi and spotless. Glamorous and top level restaurants on the ground floor and across the road.

Aspectos negativos: This property is serviced apartments, not a hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient but not particularly hospitality oriented. The area is lively and vibrant so expect a little bit of music and noise, not that this was a problem for us.

Stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Medellín

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations - it was sheer comfort and luxury. The pool/gym area was also beautiful and well maintained. Location is in a nice part of El Poblado which felt safe to walk around in the evening (although we were never out later than 10pm). You are able to communicate with reception via WhatsApp and ask questions about the accommodation and Medellin in general which was really helpful. Overall we loved staying here and would do so again if we returned to Medellin without question.

Aspectos negativos: The music on at the gym/pool area was far too loud and too heavy/party music. We really wanted to use this space as a place to chill out from the craziness of Medellin, but the music was not relaxing and didn't allow us to do that. We were also not notified proactively of issues in the building. The water went off one afternoon due to an issue not specific Wake, but no one told us until I WhatsApp'ed and asked what was happening. There were also no towels in the apartment to use in the kitchen which made washing up awkward. Kitchen paper was provided but that is not convenient.

When I arrived and though I did the online checkin, 3 people sitting and watching (really, not doing anything) took a lot of time to check me in. Aspectos positivos: First of all, the service is pleasant. They welcomed us very nicely from the first moment and took care of everything we needed. The design of the place is modern, pleasant and clean. For us as a family it was a great place. We were pampered in the room with the jacuzzi. The kids loved being in the pool upstairs. The gym is good. The restaurants below are excellent. From a restaurant for indulgent breakfasts to restaurants for dinners in a cool and young atmosphere.
