Aspectos negativos: Bar on the rooftop could of opened slightly earlier (currently 2pm) however jacuzzis are accesible from 10.30 am. Nothing that would put me off staying here again just an observation as a nice smoothie at lunch would of been great.

Lovely stay in the heart of el Poblado!

Aspectos positivos: We loved this place! Good value for money, in the heart of el Poblado so a fantastic location. We didn't make use of the hot tubs on the roof but the terrace was lovely to sit for a drink. The breakfast options were plentiful too. The room was clean and quiet but what makes this hotel for us, was the staff. They were super helpful and always on hand with a lovely attitude to help with anything that we needed. We will be back.

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One of the standout features of this hotel is its exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. In summary, if you're planning a trip to Medellin, this hotel is a solid choice. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Aspectos negativos: It's worth noting that if you're traveling for an extended period or with a group, the storage space in the rooms might be a bit limited. The closets are extremely small, with only four clothing hooks and no drawers to organize your clothes. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a nightclub, so if you're assigned to a room on the lower floors, the noise from the music and crowds might disturb your sleep. I suggest requesting a room on a higher floor if you're seeking a quieter stay.
