Aspectos negativos: we liked everything, only some misunderstandings with the staff as they do not speak English

Very comfortable and pleasant.

Aspectos positivos: Good location and nice views of city. Upmarket area which felt very safe and relaxed with plenty of shops, cafes and ATMs nearby. Huge room with jacuzzi, balcony, breakfast included.

Aspectos negativos: Shower ran cold frequently. Reception staff didn’t speak languages other than Spanish. Furniture was dated. Hotel stairs were damaged and stained.

Great views and comfort

Aspectos positivos: Awesome breakfast! The room was very comfortable and the staff was always attentive. The beds and the view from the room window were incredible.

Aspectos negativos: Water pressure in the shower could be improved and attention to the towels needed per person (we kept asking for an extra towel each time they were exchanged). Otherwise, our stay was great!
