Bad smell from garage

Aspectos positivos: Good kitchen, great wifi. The room was not big but had a window with a view on green trees, a ventilator, a wardrobe and a table for work! The area is very green and pleasant. The stay felt nice because of a little amount of guests, it was almost empty.

Aspectos negativos: The smell! I guess because of a garage on the ground floor the living room and the kitchen stinks like a petrol or smth of the sort extremelly! For me it was hard to stay there because I am very sensitive to this kind of smell. Luckily the room was on the other side of the building so it was alright inside.

Aspectos positivos: The room and shared bathroom were very clean. The area around is very safe and extremely quite, plus it is close to the subway stop. The terrace is also a nice-to-have. Kitchen is well equipped.

Aspectos negativos: The room was a little small for two people, but ok for what we paid.

Great value, clean property :)

Aspectos positivos: Calm accommodation. Full kitchen. Clean bathrooms with great hot water pressure. Everything we needed! We extended because the value for money was great.

Aspectos negativos: Not a lot of vibe with other guests. Was with my sister so we were happy to do our own thing but I probably wouldn't stay there as a solo, unless I already had friends in town.

Aspectos positivos: Era muy acogedor el sitio muy bien ubicado y la atención exclusiva y excelente

Aspectos negativos: Que se me acabaron las vacaciones muy rápido

Aspectos positivos: Nos gustó la tranquilidad del sector y que cada día hacían cambio de sábanas y aseo en la habitación. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestra comodidad

Aspectos negativos: Que a la habitación no le de el aire natural directamente, es muy encerrada. Sin embargo pudimos descansar ya que había ventilador y no se escuchaba el ruido de afuera.

Muy buen alojamiento

Aspectos positivos: Muy buen alojamiento, la ubicación es totalmente segura y fácil de llegar. Está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos cuantos días. La persona que me recibió fue muy amable y tuve un pequeño problema con el baño el cual atendieron de inmediato.

Aspectos positivos: Yo mismo lo preparé, y eso era lo mejor se podía cocinar melo

Aspectos negativos: La ventilación superior ofrece un poco de frío en las noches, así se cierren las ventanas

Un lugar excelente para pasar unos días

Aspectos positivos: El administrador, Darío, nos ayudo muchísimo desde el primer día, tanto para instalarnos como durante nuestra estancia. Una persona amabilísima, le estamos muy agradecidos. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las zonas comunes también, no las utilizamos mucho pero tienen todo lo necesario para complementar la estancia. La terraza es bastante agradable.

Aspectos negativos: Todo en general es muy correcto. Un poco sencillo el mobiliario de pronto, pero muy limpio y cuidado, que es lo realmente importante. Tampoco es un hotel de lujo. Expectativas superadas en todo caso.
