Quiet oasis in Medellin with very good matrasses

Aspectos positivos: My stay at Patricia’s hotel was exactly what I needed: the matrass was very good, the shower was great and I experienced the hotel (which has less rooms than most hotels) a quite oasis in the city center of Medellin. Metrostation Floresta is at a walking distance and has a beautiful park along the way. As a host and owner Patricia was not only very helpful but also just a great social person to have a conversation with. Many thanks Patricia

Aspectos positivos: From the very first, the property felt clean and safe. The host was very welcoming, accessible, and eager to offer help in any way. The rooms were compact, but well organized with new furnishings and a shiny new bathroom. After spending a day or two there, I realized what a great location it was, with an easy walk to the metro and plenty of local restaurants, cafés, and other services. The best was it’s proximity to Parque Floresta, a lovely neighborhood park with dogs chasing balls, children playing, folks sitting around greeting their neighbors, a Saturday farmers market, cafés and restaurants, and a terrific fruit vendor.

Very nice place If you are alone. If you are a couple or family looking for privacy I'd look somewhere else.

Aspectos positivos: Me and my fiancé liked how pretty and clean everything was. A pretty basic room with its tv, bed, nice closet and bathroom. They also have a terrace.

Aspectos negativos: We personally did not like that the rooms does not have any type of soundproof (you could make the tiniest noise and it will be heard across the hallway), also our room was the 1st room in the 1st floor close to the kitchen which once again was a little uncomfortable because you cam hear everything because the walls are very thin. Another thing we didn't enjoy very much (this is our fault for not checking properly) but the \

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect. It was safe and close to the subway station, so it was easy to get around even late at night. There were many good restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and well-maintained. This family-run place felt like home. They were very attentive to everything and responded quickly. I would come back again.
