I absolutely loved my time at Yolo From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My dorm room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, which is always a huge win in a hostel! The location is also perfec While the hostel offers tours for convenience, here is a money-saving tip: I highly recommend checking out tour operators directly in the Provenza area. I found that the same exact tours (like the Guatapé day trip or the Coffee Tour) were noticeably cheaper when booked with a local agency down the street than through the hostel's front desk. It's an easy walk and you can save a significant amount of money that's better spent on local food and experiences! Overall, Hostel is a top-notch choice for your stay. Just remember the Provenza tip to stretch your budget!

Aspectos negativos: No AC in the room

Aspectos positivos: The staff on site is just phenomenal, very nice and accommodating. The facilities are being cleaned properly every day and it’s an absolute chill environment if you wish to escape the hustle and bustle of Medellin a bit. I’d definitely come back.

Aspectos negativos: Only downside to the hostel is that the public transport is quite far off but it’s still doable.

Aspectos positivos: It's a supernice place! Located in Poblado but with the nice backyard with hammocks and chillarea it's perfect to relax between the citychaos! Really recommend this place!

Aspectos positivos: The hostel is super super clean! Nice staff. Amazing breakfast, missed a coffee or tea tho.

Aspectos negativos: The private room is way overpriced for what it is. Loud location (loud river and music late in the morning) Toilets too far from private room. At night, you are wide awake from the distance to the toilet.

Aspectos positivos: The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hostel is super clean and the kitchen is one of the best equipped ones I came across in South American hostels. The breakfast bowl is delicious and it is easy to walk to bars, restaurants, public transport and salsa classes. I would definitely stay there again!

Aspectos negativos: The dormitory doesn’t have privacy curtains but also for the very affordable price of the stay, it was fine. Just a minor detail though :)

Nice for a couple nights

Aspectos positivos: Very clean facility. Super well equipped kitchen. Liked the hammocks and being able to chill in the courtyard. The breakfast included was also amazing!

Great spot in El Poblado

Aspectos positivos: Very correct in every possible dimension: clean, well located, plenty of bathrooms, nice common areas, friendly staff, healthy fruit breakfast bowl included. No brainer

Great stay!

Aspectos positivos: We had an amazing stay! I loved the facilities, the location and breakfast. Our room was cozy and not hot. I actually liked the sound of the creek.

The Must Stay place in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Everything! I had a private room which was super comfortable. The place is located in a prime position for my Spanish classes and Dancefree salsa and bachatta dance classes and socials. I felt super safe wandering around at night. Its near the parties I couldn't hear them at night. All the staff are really helpful and friendly and indulged my Spanish even though some speak English including the owner who made me feel so at home I stayed even longer! The kitchen is fully equipped so very useful.

Aspectos negativos: Not really negative comments but something to be aware of... There is a strong river flowing along side where the private rooms are. I slept fine but some people may find it loud. Noise cancelling headphones may be needed for some. Guests were nice but this isn't a social hostel, most people kept to themselves
