Beautiful hotel, lots of comfort and very close to Guatape and the big rock.

Aspectos positivos: A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool area was great and the views were glorious. The friendly staff didn't speak English and our Spanish was pretty poor but real efforts were made and we managed to communicate really well. Thank you for that!

Aspectos negativos: The only down side was that the weather wasn't quite good enough to enjoy the fabulous pool area.

Aspectos positivos: The breakfast was excellent with great options - very tasty and fast service! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. It was within 10-15 minutes walking to the Piedra of Peñol and within a 15 min tuk tuk ride to the center of Guatape. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great franchise

Aspectos positivos: The front desk attendant was really nice. The initial room I reserved for some reason was not available and I was taken to another part of the hotel that was being painted. I complained about the paint smell and the young man arranged for me to stay at a sister hotel (Mumu). He was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond.

Aspectos negativos: Though my room was not available, because he exceeded my service expectations, I cannot complain about anything.

Vacaciones

Aspectos positivos: Nos encanto el paisaje, queda a 3 min de la piedra del Pañol. El hotel es bonito, lá piscina es chevere y el almuerzo no está incluído pero es rico. Los desayunos son buenos, no es buffet. Si no tienes carro, puedes ir de tutu. Son un transporte de Guatape en el cual caben 3 personas , pagando 17mil pesos, es muy bacana lá experiencia.

Aspectos negativos: Las camas son muy comodas, fui con mi família y reservamos vários cuartos, todos eran con poca iluminacion. Pero uno de ellos era una cabaña la cual quedaba abajo y daba para escuchar los huespedes de otros cuartos. Era demasiado escuro y no tênia Internet, ni cogian los canales de TV.. Pedi cambio y me pasaron a un cuarto muy pequeño con el baño con fuga y tenia arañas En general el internet fue pesimo pues una de las personas que nos acompañaba estaba trabajando homeoffice.. Cositas que dá para mejorar. :)
