Such a nice place to stay with peace of mind with a lake

Aspectos positivos: very kind and helpful staff, such nice place around with the lake, I could buy shampoo there and they lent us also adapter for our charcher, always ready to help, a nice doggy around, all green nature, not far is very good restaurant as well

Aspectos negativos: kind of cold water in the shower and no hairdryer

Beautiful place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Lovely place to stay right on the lake. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. We had fun using the kayaks and you can also easily get a taxi into the centre. The breakfast was great and we also had dinner here which was delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend!

Aspectos positivos: big room, great lakeside location, breakfast included (simple, but ok), comfy bed, free kayak, jetski rental and boat tours right from their dock

Aspectos negativos: staff was a mixed bag - some super friendly, some not. bit far from town.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast bar is directly outside of the hotel room, so expect to be woken up early with noise

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful place, La Pierda Mountain is also nearby, it can be seen from the alcove, a majestic view. The personal is very friendly and helpful

Aspectos negativos: There was no closet, no shelves, no hooks for clothes in the room, and the internet in the room didn't work either.

Hotel in paradise

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is located at the lake, at the back of la piedra del peñol. You have the most stunning view at it, from the water (in the kajak) Delicious food is served.

Aspectos negativos: The location is good to visit the piedra, but further from the center of Guatapé. You need to take the tuktuk each time. The water of the shower was not always warm.
