Aspectos positivos: We had an amazing time! From the hotel you have a great view at Guatape Rock and the staff was very helpful. We also booked a boat tour around the lake at the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel twice and had very nice drinks and meals. Thank you for the great time, we would love to come back some day!

Aspectos positivos: Very nice hotel just under the Guatapé Rock, great view, spacious and clean rooms with a hottub!, jacuzzi outside and great attentive staff - very good value for money.

Aspectos negativos: Restaurant was kind of basic with a lot of meals not available at the time of visit.

Aspectos positivos: I had an amazing shower( turn it to the left). A beautiful view. It's not too far to walk to the rock. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff could not have done more for me.
