Aspectos positivos: The room had breathtaking views of the lake from the terrace. The heated jacuzzi was awesome to use in the evening. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. This place offers excellent value for money.

Aspectos negativos: Two sun loungers were not enough for the entire property It is not immediately obvious that there is no restaurant on the property - we were surprised and disappointed to learn that we would have to eat out - not ideal as the hotel is quite far from Guatape. But the staff were happy to order in although we had to ask for the food to be heated up. More internal tables for breakfast? When there is bad weather, the hotel needs a back up plan!

A place to go and feel at home.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is located at a beautiful place with a big and well-maintained garden, access to water and nice landscape. The interior of the hotel shows taste and all fits nicely together. The hosts were very approachable and we had interesting conversations. Breakfast had excellent quality.

Aspectos negativos: There is nothing that we disliked.

Lovely hotel

Aspectos positivos: Lovely location, lovely building, lovely hosts. We were travelling with our son who needed to do some online work, and he was offered a separate room with good Internet. We also had our 9 month old grandson with us, and nothing was too much trouble to meet his needs. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable and relaxing time.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing significant. A bit of noise from partying at a nearby property one night, but not a big problem.

Aspectos negativos: Location is 30 min drive from Guatape and next to a hostel where they like to party. But you can still chill and enjoy the beautiful garden and view.
