Aspectos positivos: Stunning location! Such a beautiful place to relax and the pool was a treat. (Refreshing and not too cold, although I am from the UK) I’d highly recommend a stay here.

Aspectos negativos: Sadly the restaurant was closed during my stay, so can’t comment on the food. I didn’t get a choice for breakfast but that might have been my lack of Spanish! I suspect that was because the hotel was very quiet and not many people around. Pros and cons, as it was lovely to have the place to myself most of the time! I’d still stay here again if in the area.

Perfect boutique get away!

Aspectos positivos: We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved our time here! It was a time to really relax and calm down. I like how quiet it is here and the view is amazing! We enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi in the evenings. The pool was nice fro refreshing after sunbathing on the sun loungers. We really liked the lunch and dinner as well! The café con leche in the morning was amazing as well. Way better than what we usually get in hotels. All the staff was super friendly and helpful! We barely speak any Spanish but the people were so supportive trying to do everything that we communicated with only a few words. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place to really calm down. Additionally, we were not attacked by any mosquitos and didn't even need a spray.

Aspectos negativos: Only the jacuzzi could be warmer in the evenings. It was a bit chilly sometimes. But at least we had the best bartender who entertained us! Thank you, Freddy!

Great view, value for money and super friendly!

Aspectos negativos: We had the simplest room and the bed was very small for two people. Not enough furniture in the room. A chair would be nice to have.

Peace, tranquility, wonderful views, and even better staff!

Aspectos positivos: I loved everything! The staff are the best thing about this hotel - and that's even more amazing when you consider the beautiful location, the amazing views, the peace and tranquility, and the really delicious food (I had actual gold on my salad, too!) and drinks. Francisco (the chef), Sébastian and Melissa are all wonderful human beings, and they took the best care of me whilst I was there. I felt so well looked after the whole time, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The same goes for William and Eneda too, who were always willing to help with washing clothes, cleaning, etc. I felt like a part of the family and didn't want to leave! The location is great (if you want peace tranquility and countryside), just 15 minutes from La Piedra and 20 minutes from Guatapé by bus/jeep, and the hotel has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi to keep you entertained. If you want to rest, recover and/or enjoy the Colombian countryside, whilst being superbly looked after, stay here!

Aspectos positivos: We booked this last minute and I’m so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, Sebastian and his team are so friendly, and the food is delicious. The pool area is lovely with a great view. Plus, the hotel is only a quick drive away from Guatapé and El Peñol. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we’ll be back.

Aspectos negativos: Our room didn’t have bedside tables or reading lamps, so the room was either bright or pitch black. The bed was also too hard for me.

Aspectos negativos: Only feedback is that the double bed could have been bigger…. We are used to a Queen or King size. But that’s a small thing!

Aspectos positivos: The staff and the food were first rate. Luisa, Sebastian were super helpful and Francisco the chef is premier league. We cannot remember the name of the administrator but she was also lovely.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing, everything really was very good.
