Aspectos positivos: Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the water. It had a large sliding door. The room and bathroom had sufficient storage for all our clothes and toiletries. Staff are very helpful and professional. Kettle and tea and water were available in the lobby. The hotel is directly across from the Guatape malecon, near the bus station and restaurants. Hotel Portebello exceeded our expectations!

Fun days in guatape

Aspectos positivos: The location is great if you want to be close to wherever things happen. Rooms have balcony (at least the ones we saw), was really cool to have one! There was enough hot water in the shower!

Aspectos negativos: If you look for quiet and peace, maybe this is a little too close to the main road.

At under $40 for a room, this hotel is fine for a night or two and even boasts reliably hot showers.

Aspectos positivos: Each room has a decor theme based on ethno-geographic location. The best appears to be the Roma which is fairly spacious and has an in-room soaking tub with view of waterfront. A block or two away is the bus station and the best bakery in town \

Aspectos negativos: The waterfront location, while picturesque and central, is on a highway which is heavily trafficked with a constant churn of noise and exhaust fumes.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la relación precio y servicio es excelente, cerca de los transportes y la vista al malecón es hermosa.

Aspectos positivos: The Hindu room was beautiful, and we loved the large balcony with table and chairs facing the marina. The mini fridge was handy, and the public lounge had a microwave and free bottled water and a tea kettle. The shower and sink had instant hot water, wonderful.

Aspectos negativos: The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken, but they lent us another one.

Una buena opción, buena, bonita y barata

Aspectos positivos: La vista al embalse es muy bonita, el hotel es súper central a todo Guatapé, está frente al embalse y a dos cuadras de la parte principal, el personal muy amable siempre.

Aspectos negativos: No tienen desayuno incluido.
