Aspectos positivos: The property is very nice, in a good location, the staff is very attentive and good breakfast.

Aspectos negativos: The property has a few rooms that have no outside window or ventilation. This can create mold and the first given room was very smelly. I have requested to be given another room because the smell was really strong. The staff was nice enough and shared another room at the same floor, no window outside but at least the smell was not that strong. Unfortunately the mold issue can be a problem and i suggest the staff maybe trying using dehumidifier constantly.

Aspectos negativos: There was not toiletries like toothpaste or hand soap.

Amazing experience

Aspectos positivos: They are amazing! Very very kind people, we got a welcome cocktail, they are open to help in everything. Lift is available. The spa is very good and the breakfast also very very good. The rooms are clean and nice. They help you with everything you need. They helped us with early check in and late check out, no charge. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is very close to downtown but far enough to avoid all the crowds. It is also very cute, nice colours, well maintained and they try to fill all your requests. Valeria is the best host.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing. Just to say something, the room I took (basic one) is quite small if you go with a lot of bags as we did.

Aspectos positivos: Super clean, very new, great staff very welcoming and accommodating and the location is perfect

Beautiful Guatape, beautiful hotel.

Aspectos positivos: The breakfast is at a restaurant not far away. It was decent and delicious. Nice service at the restaurant. The restaurant is at the Plaza.

Aspectos negativos: Anything. We liked everything about the hotel. Whenever we go back to Guatape, we will stay at this hotel, Hotel Chromatic.

Aspectos positivos: Such a nice place! Beautifully designed, exceptionally friendly staff, 2 minutes on foot from the centre of town. Absolutely perfect.

Aspectos positivos: Es un hotelito precioso, con una espectacular decoración y un personal sobresaliente! Sobre todo a Nabiji y a la recepción tanto de la mañana como de la tarde. El hotel huele increíble y tiene una limpieza impoluta. La habitación que nos tocó era pequeñita pero acogedora y limpísima. Sin duda, si volvemos a Guatape no dudaremos en volver a pernoctar aquí. Gracias a todos 🫶🏽

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Aspectos negativos: Man hört den Lärm von der Strasse durch die Fensterfronnsehr gut.
