Little gem in Guatapé

Aspectos positivos: Everything was on point! The room was clean and affordable; the place is located right in the centre, in a safe and quiet area and the owners were really welcoming, they made sure my stay was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend, would stay again

Super Agradable, Satisfecho y Complaciente

Aspectos positivos: Es un hotel muy apropiado para visitar Guatapé. Está ubicado cerca de todo: restaurantes, el pobladito, frente al malecón y lanchas que dan paseos por el lago, acceso a las chivas y autobuses. En fin es super accesible. De igual modo destaco el excelente servicio y atenciones recibidas por el caballero que atiende la recepción y el hotel. Se desvive por atender a uno y complacer nuestras necesidades y peticiones. Muy amable. Orienta muy bien sobre donde ir y cómo desplazarse. Al igual que le brinda a uno un gran sentido de seguridad, tanto del hotel como de los sectores alrededor. El costo es super económico. Lo recomiendo.

Prendre 2 nuits dans cet hôtel était le meilleur choix que je puisse faire !

Aspectos positivos: Le sens du service et de l'amabilité des personnes qui gèrent l'établissement. Le personnel est très avenant (je dirais même adorable) et de bons conseils pour vous renseigner lors de votre séjour. Lieu loin du bruit et pourtant proche du centre (5min a pied de la place Zocalos), idéal pour se ressourcer.

Aspectos negativos: Plato ducha , el baño se lleno de agua , pur cerrando la cortina .....y la cocina muy descuidada .... Los fogones lleno de aceite y los cajones también
