Perfect place to stay in the amazing pueblo of Jerico

Aspectos positivos: Everything. The view from almost everywhere in the hotel is amazing. It's very close to the center without being in a super busy area, the staff is super nice, the breakfast (although simple) is appreciated, flexibility for check-in also appreciated.

Aspectos negativos: Although the staff member was super nice in helping me find a solution (which we did), please fix your credit card machine, so that it works at all time. It's obviously important for international customers.

Amazing place to stay in Jerico

Aspectos positivos: Wow, this hotel blew us out of the water. After travelling through South America for the past 6 weeks, we arrive in Jerico to what we thought was a lovely small hotel and woah were we wrong. This place is huge. It even has its own 2 level car park at the back where we parked the rental. There is some variety in the rooms some facing the inner courtyard which could be quite boring or dark but we had the mountain view which was amazing. Well worth the price. The breakfast in the morning was also decent. They give out free bananas, coffee and water all day. Not much else we can say. The rooms were amazing and clean with great water pressure in the shower.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing was the bed was slightly uncomfortable but only slightly.

If you love yourself, you book the junior suite !!

Aspectos positivos: As we were traveling in low season, we normally book very last minute, and we bumped into this good deal of room-update at Hotel Santa Laura. We got the junior suite with jacuzzi and amazing views, and semi-open hot shower. The room is way too spacious, there is a king-size bed and in-room jacuzzi. There is complimentary high-end quality coffee in the room, and complimentary water, tea, coffee and fruits in the common areas. Breakfast is also included. Staff is very friendly, and in-house laundry service is good and good-priced. Definitely recommended! Sometimes the wi-fi dropped in our room but that is because we were in the outmost corner of the hotel I guess.

Incredible stay that we went back to Jerico at the end of our trip

Aspectos positivos: The service is impeccable, they are responsive and incredibly helpful. There is fresh coffee available throughout the day and night. Breakfast is included and tastes fantastic. The rooms have incredible views and are very clean.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing at all.
