A must stop birding destination

Aspectos positivos: We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the rainforest which was awesome. Beds comfy and great showers! Food was excellent value for money and perfect for the long days out birding. Guides are excellent.

Aspectos positivos: Los tours de avistamiento de aves por el predio y la reserva que tienen son increíbles, y don Fernando el guía sabe muchísimo y transmite su pasión por el tema.

Aspectos negativos: Un poco costoso el valor del almuerzo.

Mooie vogelrijke tweedaagse stop midden de natuur.

Aspectos positivos: Heel rustige Lodge midden in een klein natuurreservaat met interessante vogelsoorten, lekkere catering, vriendelijke staf en Fernando en Juan waren heel competente gidsen.

Aspectos positivos: This was the most memorable and beautiful birding experiences I’ve ever had. Watching the hummingbirds and spotting rare species all around the property was incredible. The bird guides were amazing—be sure to book them in advance through the hotel so they can arrange English or Spanish-speaking guides. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was excellent. The rooms had hot water with great pressure, and although there’s no AC, the fans kept things comfortable at night. I absolutely loved my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone passionate about birding. It’s a remarkable place that made me appreciation Colombia even more!

Stunning setting, spectacular for birders, and incredibly considerate and expert staff.

Aspectos positivos: This is a spectacular reserve where you feel tucked away in the forest. You will wake up to the calls of the Common Potoo outside your window, but be greeted by fresh coffee (picked and roasted on site) when you wander out your door. The property is beautiful, simple, comfortable, and incredibly thoughtfully designed. If you are a birder, you MUST stay here. Fernando will guide you expertly through the forest and tailor his guidance to your experience level. One of our favorite places we’ve ever birded. And the food was absolutely delicious.
