Great value for money and nice design.

Aspectos positivos: The design of the studio was amazing. The A/C worked perfectly. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. They provide earplugs for the noisy street. Water pressure in the shower was perfect.

Lovely staff and great facilities

Aspectos positivos: The hotel has excellent facilities- a co-working space if you have to respond to some work emails, a free laundry you can use and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Aspectos negativos: The hotel is quite noisy because the rooms are above a bar. We had a room on the side of the building that was not above the bar, but there was quite some noise from the street traffic.

Cool hotel with well equipped rooms and a nice rooftop

Aspectos positivos: Very modern and appealing hotel in a good neighbourhood. Staff was very nice and rooms super clean. We could even wash our laundry for free!

Great hotel in a good location, highly recommended

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is located in a pleasant area, the room was very large and even had a kitchen. We had plenty of space for our suitcases and belongings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as everywhere in Colombia.

Aspectos negativos: One of the two rooms we rented was not in the best location, as it was noisy from the street until late at night. However, the earplugs provided helped a lot.

Aspectos positivos: The location is really good with good connection to the metro if you would like to discover the city using the metro The room was really comfortable and the staff (Andrés and Fabian) were always helpful, friendly and polite

Very good value for money. Comfy and convenient.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in the Laureles neighborhood. Fantastic breakfast available in the restaurant next door called SMASH. Really tasty and filling. Room was comfortable and clean.

Aspectos negativos: The walls and the windows are thin so it can get noisy but in all honesty I can say I slept like a baby and the noise coming from the street was not a problem for me. Having said this, yes it can get loud in the morning with the traffic and the honking of the cars. There’s little the hotel can do about this (unless they decide to install new windows).

Very nice hotel in excellent location.

Aspectos positivos: I really liked Factory Lofts Hotel. The rooms were big and nicely designed, and the location was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, adding to the great experience.

Aspectos negativos: The only downside was the noise from the streets.
