Welcoming hotel, good location for tourism and access to metro

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast choices excellent. Some staff with little English were confused about requests. Breakfast bag provided unprompted due to our early departure - a nice touch

Central location, walking distance from food and entertainment!

Aspectos positivos: I loved how central the property was! We could literally step out the hotel and find bars, restaurants, clubs and lounges. I also felt pretty safe. I read some reviews before booking and they didn’t lie. This place was perfect! I wanted to stay directly in El Poblado but staying here in Laureles was the best decision ever! It’s pretty close and was central to everywhere I wanted to go. The staff was exceptional too! Clean, beautiful rooms! I loved it there!

Aspectos negativos: Not suitable for a long term stay, rooms don't have a coffee machine or kettle. In rooms without balcony windows don't open.

Aspectos positivos: Our room was very comfortable - very clean, great bed, and excellent views from the room balcony (more than worth paying for!) The breakfast was simple but good and the location was excellent for either walking around Laureles or for easy access to the subway to get to other parts of Medellin.

Aspectos negativos: We got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub - which while very exciting when we went to use it, the tub water wouldn't get hot - staying pretty tepid to chilly. If we had paid extra for the tub, it would have been a let down but as a free upgrade it wasn't a big deal.
