Aspectos positivos: I liked the location it was right at the heart of Laureles. I like the breakfast, i also felt 90% of the staff was very good.

Aspectos negativos: There were really noisy guests who stayed next to me and I told the staff the next day but the guests were still noisy. I iwsh there is a rule where they tell everyone to be quiet after 10 pm.

Aspectos positivos: The property is something different. It looks interesting and for sure value for money is ok. Its situated in Laureles and for me personally is one of the best places in Medellin. The room was clean and big enough for our family

Aspectos positivos: Great room with a comfy bed, awesome shower pressure and hot water, as well as outstanding breakfasts! It was like a safe haven we didn’t want to leave!

Aspectos positivos: I was very satisfied with my stay. The neighborhood is safe for solo female traveller. Closeby is supermarket and restaurant. Hotel receptions are friendly and helpful. My room is spacious, clean, well-equipped. Breakfast is various.

Aspectos negativos: Very tiny thing: I always took Uber. If I would have taken Metro, I would need to walk more than 1km till the station.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful, large, clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options (includes two drinks too!) and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and Medellin!n

Aspectos negativos: Walls are a little thin. We were woken up by a group coming back at 1am. Might be good to bring ear plugs.

Amazing

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is very clean, everywhere smells nice. The rooms are quite large. Our room had no window, inspite of windows opened onto corridor the room was airy. Because the hotel's walls are not standart concrete walls, as if the whole hotel is breathing. The staff is helpful, some of them speaks english(a little). The breakfast is perfect and perfect, very fresh and satisfying. Location is very safe, the nearest metro station is 1,2-1,5 km away from hotel.

Aspectos negativos: They should find a solution to the safe-cases in the rooms. There is no instruction card on it, our stuff locked inside. And another general problem all around the Colombian hotels, the is no isolation on the windows, all the noise inside the room.

Nice location and nice hotel close to everything you need

Aspectos positivos: Placed in a quite area and close to everything at the same time. Nice room with a balcony and a view. Close to eating and a parc.

Aspectos negativos: no facility for coffee or tee making in the room
