Aspectos positivos: In general, very nice hotel, helpfully staff, VERY good breakfasts (best I have ever had in Medellin hotels). Quite good location, especially if you use Olaya Herrera Aeropuerto.

Aspectos negativos: We had some issues with the cleanness of our sheets, management should take care more about the service of cleaning staff

Okay but not great!!

Aspectos positivos: The location was good. It was easy to get to where I wanted to get to. The rooms are big and spacious and the rain shower was good.

Aspectos negativos: The staff was not friendly at all. First of all, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! NOT ONE PERSON ON THE ENTIRE HOTEL!! I found that frustrating to say the least. I speak some Spanish but at times it wasnt enough to properly communicate what i wanted to say. The breakfast arrangement is ridiculous. You have to go there sit and wait to be served fruit, the breakfast and drinks. Why is this not buffet?? I wasted soooo much time at breakfast because of this and there arent enough staff to make it go quicker. Also on their website they claim you can have guests over, when we got there, that was not the case. Quite disingenuous. Would not stay again.

Aspectos positivos: the rooms and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was very nice. the hot chocolate was amazing.

Aspectos negativos: we are not used to stay in very high buildings but this is just a cultural appreciation.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is in a quiet place. You have Atm and Unicentro around it. You Will need taxi to move around. And the view is awesome. And the rooftop bar

Good location, great views and very affordable

Aspectos positivos: Great location next to Laurels where there are plenty shop, bars and restaurants. The bed was very comfy, the roof terrace has brilliant views. Good breakfast.

Aspectos negativos: We were wanting to eat at around 7:30pm on New Year’s Day but the kitchen was already closed even though it says online it closes at 9pm. Maybe they closed early because it was New Year’s Day and if that is the case then I sign telling guests that is the plan would have been helpful. Other than that it is a great place to stay and we were very happy overall
